To become a community manger with Oak, you don't need a large social media following. We simply ask that you are an experienced user of Oak and show active involvement in your local Oak community and a willingness to participate in the following activities:

• Organize social events focused on onboarding and connecting new users
• Use Oak for all your outings, public or private, to keep your profile active and visible
• Maintain and grow at least one active group in your area (for example climbing, ski touring, hiking)
• Identify and recruit potential ambassadors to support your local community efforts
• Build local partnerships with outdoor stores, gyms and clubs to co-host events and increase trust in the Oak brand
• Act as the bridge between the Oak platform and the real-world community, ensuring members feel welcomed and engaged
