Deleting your account
f you’d like to permanently delete your Oak account and remove your personal data, you can do this directly in the app.
Before deleting your account, we’d like to reassure you that Oak does not sell your data or share it with third-party partners for commercial purposes. We don’t run ads, track advanced in-app behaviour, or profit from the app. The data we collect is only used to make core features work, such as logging in with your email address.
If Oak isn’t very active in your area yet, we’re continuously working to grow the community and add more local activity. You can also enable notifications to stay updated when new activities, groups, or experiences become available nearby.
How to delete your account
- Go to your Profile
- Tap the Settings gear icon at the top
- Open Settings
- Tap the Log out icon
- Select Delete account
Once deleted, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed.
