Climbing and other activities in and around Bodø! There is a good indoor climbing hall (Mørkvedhallen klatresenter) where the local climbing club is also stationed (Bodø Klatre Klub). By becoming a member you can rent quite a lot of good gear for cheap if you are planning on staying longer. They also have good documentation on mountain routes to try out in Summer and Winter A challenge that you should try in this area is the Tindenåla pin, which includes summiting 6 mountain peaks, of which 2 must be done in Winter conditions
