Breathe & Flow – Yoga with Jessica in Chamonix Mountain life is intense – your recovery should be too. I teach yoga in Chamonix and nearby, designed for athletes, runners, climbers, skiers, bikers, hikers, and every other adventurous soul this valley attracts. Expect dynamic flows to build strength and mobility, deep stretches to release tired muscles, and breathwork to calm the mind after big days out. Classes are tailored to the mountain lifestyle – from pre-run activation to post-climb recovery, and everything in between. You’ll find me teaching both indoors and in spectacular alpine spots. Weekly schedule, pop-up sessions, and special events are shared here – so you can slot yoga into your training like your next summit. Strong legs, open hips, happy heart – let’s meet on the mat in the shadow of Mont Blanc.
