Estimated Duration
7 Days
This workshop teaches a structured method to expand your comfort zone. Instead of being pushed into overwhelming stress, you will learn how to healthy-push your own limits. You’ll leave realizing that mental training can actually be fun! This 7-day retreat is designed for climbers who feel a gap between what they are physically capable of doing and what they actually manage to execute on a route. It allows you to explore deeper levels of the mental game, experiment on the rock, and receive specialized support and guidance.
The 7-day curriculum is designed for deep integration, providing a supportive, step-by-step environment to build upon your progress day after day. Saturday : Arrival, meet with your international team. Sunday (The Controlled Foundation): We head directly to the indoor facility in Avignon. By stripping away the unpredictable variables of the crag (weather, rope drag, rock texture, advance belay stands and complex falls to start with), we isolate the core physics and mental mechanics of falling and commitment. This single day builds the foundations for the rest of the week. Monday & Tuesday (Dynamic Crag Execution): We move onto the steep limestone of Saint-Léger and neighbouring crags. You will apply your indoor foundation to outdoor lines—learning to read risk objectively, map out precise “Yes-Fall” vs. “No-Fall” sectors, and execute moves at your absolute limit with total presence. Wednesday (Active Recovery & Integration): A peaceful morning exploring Buis-les-Baronnies, a targeted yoga and mobility session for recovery and injury prevention. Thursday & Friday (Peak Performance Days): Real-time, individualized coaching on your projects or high-end onsight attempts. You will receive targeted feedback and coaching directly from Alma to help you master the mental game and overcome your blocks—pushing your physical limits without being held back by mental ones. Saturday : Departure with a lifelong, structured blueprint for mental mastery and a premium global network of climbing partners.
