This immersive week-long climbing workshop is designed for climbers who want more than technical improvement. The Mind, Body & Spirit Workshop blends mental training, movement awareness, and intentional climbing to help you unlock deeper commitment, confidence, and presence on the rock. Set in the world-class limestone of Siurana, this experience combines structured coaching with the joy of a true climbing trip: shared sessions, meaningful connections, rest, recovery, and time to fully absorb the climbing lifestyle.
