Have you always dreamed of climbing in the iconic Mont Blanc massif, but weren't sure where to start? Mont Blanc First Climb is designed specifically for climbers and mountaineers looking to experience their first technical alpine rock route or classic granite ridge. Guided by a certified IFMGA / UIAGM Mountain Guide, this private experience offers tailored objectives based on your current skill level, goals, and weather conditions—ranging from beginner-friendly alpine crests to world-class high-altitude granite multipitches. Choose between a classic ridge traverse and your first high-altitude granite climb, with an objective adapted to your experience. For an introduction to high-altitude ridge traverses, routes such as the Aiguille d’Entrèves Traverse, Aiguille des Marbrées, and Arête de la Vierge offer an excellent opportunity to practise rope work, use crampons on mixed terrain, and move confidently along narrow, exposed crests. Crag climbers looking to transition to alpine multipitch climbing can choose granite routes such as Petit Flambeau – Voie Laurent Grivel or Rognon Vaudano. These climbs combine technical rock climbing with the unique setting and conditions of the high mountains. More experienced climbers can take on the iconic granite spires surrounding Mont Blanc, with objectives adapted to beginner, intermediate, or advanced levels. Possibilities include Pointe Adolphe Rey, Petit Capucin, Chandelle du Tacul, and Pyramide du Tacul. Join this private Mont Blanc climbing experience and take your first step into alpine rock climbing with a certified mountain guide. Send a request to discuss your experience, preferred dates, and the best objective for you.
