This course covers crucial techniques such as crampon and ice axe use, building snow anchors, glacier travel, crevasse rescue, basic avalanche awareness, mountain hazard awareness, and route planning.

Day 1: Introduction to mountaineering techniques, crampon and ice axe use, building snow anchors. Day 2: Glacier travel techniques, crevasse rescue methods, basic avalanche awareness. Day 3: Mountain hazard awareness, route planning exercises.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring their skill level and fitness are suitable for the activity.
