Zugspitze Summit via Stopselzieher

This is the most direct and fastest classic ascent from the Tyrolean side to the Zugspitze summit. The approach begins from Ehrwald and leads to the Wiener Neustädter Hut, followed by the well-secured Stopselzieher via ferrata up to the summit. The route is favored by fit, experienced hikers and via ferrata enthusiasts. It is the shortest of the main summit ascents. Note: Weather is not the best, in worst case we have to turn around
