Looking for Mountaineering/Alpine Climbing

Hi, I am in Les Houches for 12 days but mainly working during the weekdays, so i would want to do something on the weekend inbetween (I could start friday evening the earliest). Thought about doing Mont Blanc, but i am not sure about the conditions and since i am not in best shape at the moment i would need some acclimatisation. I will probably not bring touring skis with me, although I might if someone has an idea for a nice tour. Can also do some easier ice climbing if the conditions are good already (lead WI3, follow WI4).
