the trail is 125 km in length, it’s located in Omans rugged mountain. western hajar mountains is an unpopular trekking destination as old days these paths our grandfather used u it as a pathway to connect them between the interior region with coastal region as well connecting different tribes, its was a well know route untill when the country started exploration and selling the black gold and the development have rapidly changed the country as on 2025 after 55 years of development the trails got abandoned and lesser people are using it. I have trekked the trail on 30th of October till 8th of November 2025 and I would like to repeat it again with an adventurous souls to live the experience again with a well planned logistics like donkeys delivering water and required food to the check point in the mountain as on first trek I have meet many mountain locals and they were ready to assist
